At Azura Atelier, we don’t mass‑produce. Every crystal bracelet is Handcrafted and Made-To-Order, beginning with the careful selection of each bead, then strung, finished, and quality‑checked by our artisans.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours after your order arrives with your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost via Express Shipping. The original item is required to be sent back, and we will provide a prepaid return label. So don't worry, you won’t have to pay for the return shipping.
