Trim wick to 5 mm before lighting. On first burn, allow 2–3 hours to set an even pool. Keep away from drafts; recenter the wick while the wax is warm.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours after your order arrives with your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost via Express Shipping. The original item is required to be sent back, and we will provide a prepaid return label. So don't worry, you won’t have to pay for the return shipping.
