At Azura Atelier, we don’t mass-produce. Every gift set is assembled to order: each crystal bracelet is Handcrafted, and each scented candle is wicked, poured, cured, and quality‑checked by our artisans before packaging.

Processing time: 4 - 7 business days before dispatch to allow for hand‑pouring and proper curing.

We ship with UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours after your order arrives with your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost via Express Shipping. The original item is required to be sent back, and we will provide a prepaid return label. So don't worry, you won’t have to pay for the return shipping.
